Intensive Coaching Series (4 weeks)

Resolve immediate or complex leadership challenges through up to five focused one-hour sessions. Includes a Gallup Strengths assessment, targeted goal-setting and a sustainability plan for continued growth.

Leadership Impact Coaching (3 months)

Eight one-hour sessions designed to strengthen executive capability and deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll develop a personalised leadership plan aligned to role expectations, goals and organisational priorities.

Executive Career Development Coaching (12 months)

A year-long partnership for senior leaders shaping their next step. Includes a diagnostic session, Gallup Strengths assessment and tailored development plan focused on career direction, executive presence and succession readiness. Monthly one-on-one sessions support clarity, visibility and purposeful progression.
